Clean, close to everything, the only thing is..

The room was super clean and quiet. They provide daily cleaning, complimentary water bottles and extra toilet paper. You're also really close to everything, which is a plus. The staff are also very accommodating and friendly:)

The only thing was the safe box was electronic, and the battery was low on 2 occassions, so I had to get it replaced twice to retrieve my things inside.

Perfect HCMC hotel, with everything available just outside the hotel doors.

Perfectly located with the friendliest staff. The hotel is centrally located to tons of great food spots, but is tucked away in a quiet alley that shelters you from street noise. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very updated!

We liked all of it, no complaints!

Wonderful

The room was small but cosy and the staff was really friendly. It's a family run hotel and they are very helpful in everything you need. For example, they let us have a shower even after the check out before going to the airport. Strongly recommended!!

The room's window was overlooking the stairs, but paying a little bit more you can have a proper window.

In summary, our stay was fantastic - clean rooms, great location, and a friendly and helpful receptionist.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The rooms were clean and and the location was perfect. Peter, the receptionist, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a positive attitude. His warm hospitality made our experience even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it to others.

Value for Money

The hotel is tucked into a side street which is accessible via a main road. The street itself is clean and guests can check out a mini bar, a cafe, and a newly-opened Bep Me In restaurant just a few steps away from the hotel. The road is wide enough for cars to pass through but it's a quiet neighborhood---perfect for vacationing families. There are 2 convenience stores and a lot of eateries within walking distance so you have everything you need. You can also walk to Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Centre from this location. The hotel is clean and modest, looks fairly new, and has all your basic amenities. The staff is courteous and friendly, and the family room we booked was spacious. Fresh towels were supplied every day.

If you pre-booked the hotel, it's best to pay in cash. They charge you a 3% fee for using your credit card which is customary in Ho Chi Minh City. The lock to the bathroom door at Rm. 301 was broken. Breakfast was made ala carte but you only have 5 options which isn't a big deal if you're only staying for a few days.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The two hotel staff both also known as Thuy were extremely helpful. Helped us with directions, called taxis and even recommended to us exceptionally good places to try their local food.

Would recommend absolutely for location and friendly owner!

Big room facing the front / street, excellent shower, great bed and pillows, air conditioning excellent too! One very friendly owner who was was chatty and informative.

The breakfast was very disappointing.

Loved

Great room. Loved the fried noodles with eggs and sausage for breakfast. Very friendly employees happy to answer any questions. Allowed me to stay another half day and kept my bag for me while I did a tour. Was happy for me to hang around after to wait for my late nigh bus out of the city. Definitely recommend.

I didn't care but some may. My window was out into the staircase.

Good location in a quiet area, confortable bed, hot shower, clean, laundry service

Not a lot of choices for the breakfast, pancakes on the menu but in 4 mornings they were never available, only eggs or noodles.. Staff not especially friendly compared to other hotels..

Everything we needed and nothing we didn't

Exactly what we needed and nothing we didn't. Family of four. Was perfect location and staff super friendly (one even paid for our taxi from her own wallet!) Breakfast is superb. English was good enough across the board. Can't fault it at all.

The room is very spacious, nice and clean. With free coffee sachet and tea sachet. And everything is walking distance and you will find lots of nearby places to eat

Lovely city centre weekend break

The STAFF were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Always with a smile. (Especially the night staff ) The location is perfect for city centre location.

(Unknowingly) I booked the hotel right on the Vietnamese Independence Day/week, therefore the prices were very high, for a basic room (without a window to the outside). But then, ALL hotels had high prices at that time. Breakfast is limited to just fried noodles. I wish the hotel wouldn't advertise it as "Breakfast Included". It is not entirely correct. But there are plenty of food places around the hotel, so, I was not too disappointed Having said that, Overall, my stay was very pleasant

Very Good

Location is great, walking distance of everything, the owner is friendly and cooks a nice American breakfast, room is spacious and quiet. All in all excellent for a night or two.

Being picky, the keycard on the room didn't work a few times but all in all everything was fine.

Pleasant friendly & good location

Nice hotel in a quiet but good location. Very friendly staff. Modern fittings, good shower, electric locking security draw and decent breakfast. Room cleaning was efficient and good. Overall a very pleasant stay. Nice friendly coffee shop slightly opposite

My room was slightly small but still comfortable for one person, the other rooms were much larger.

I’m glad I chose this hotel and I’m also pleased thru them I arranged airport transfer as it’s difficult to find.

Comfortable and very clean. Room was spacious and quiet. Staff were really pleasant.

Don’t want to be negative, just honest, so have to say breakfast was certainly lacking.
